Don't Matter!

Don't matter if you vote against it. Don't matter if you picket against it or write your Congressman, President, Mayor, School board, or County Commissioner etc. till your blue in the face. You get it whether you want it or not. Higher taxes, more bicycle lanes,toll roads you already paid for, schools built like palaces where half the kids don't pass, more trains that no one rides! It comes from the Federal, State, County, and city governments. The majority of us votes against this crap, but it still don't matter cause you get it anyway. They tell you to get out and vote, you can change it! Well most of us have tried that and it still don't matter cause sooner or later it all comes back to haunt you over and over again. It's like a run away car were you keep trying to slam on the brakes, only to discover there are no brakes.

Massachusetts legislature may pass a bill that throws its electoral college votes to the popular vote winner

The Massachusetts legislature is working on a bill that will alter how its electoral votes are cast in presidential elections. This bill says Massachusetts electoral votes will go to the candidate who wins the popular vote. So what happens if in 2012 the popular vote winner is a Republican and the vast majority of Massachusetts voters voted for Obama?

I can’t imagine that majority of Massachusetts voters would be very happy.

While not perfect, the electoral college is the most effective way to make sure the majority of the American people who live in densely populated cities and states don’t run roughshod over the interests of those who live in sparsely populated rural areas, which is what would certainly happen in a straight popular vote.

There’s a reason why we are a Representative Republic and not a direct democracy. Marvin Simkin from San Diego was absolutely right when he wrote this in the LA Times back in January, 1992:

Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch. Freedom comes from the recognition of certain rights which may not be taken, not even by a 99% vote. Those rights are spelled out in the Bill of Rights and in our California Constitution. Voters and politicians alike would do well to take a look at the rights we each hold, which must never be chipped away by the whim of the majority.

Conspiracy Theorist

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I am smart enough to know that two plus two equals four. What I'm getting at is I find it kind of strange about the oil leak happening in the gulf at the same time Obama was pushing his green energy bill. A lot of weird things have been going on since that man was elected to office. Take for instance the fact that very few news stations reported the case against the black panthers on voter intimidation charges(that was won already) being dismissed by the attorney general of the united states on orders from his boss! Why would he do that? Going to a church for twenty years that was ran by a racist preacher and always missing out on the sermons about how bad the whites are. Sit down and think to yourself what's wrong with this picture!

Waiting for the main stream media!

I'm still waiting for the main stream media to catch up with Fox News on the story about the new black panther party (8 members) and their racial slurs about whites. Are abc, nbc, cnn, so politically correct in their way of thinking that the sword cuts only on one side for them? In America there should be no Race given special rights & put above another Race because of color! If it had been the other way around would the main stream news have reported it already? Yes they would have!

White House issues second offshore drilling moratorium

Undeterred from their effort to ban all off shore drilling, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and the White House issued a second moratorium on deep water offshore drilling, after the federal court shot down the first one. This time, however, the new moratorium bans all offshore deep water drilling

The Obama administration’s new moratorium on deep-water offshore drilling will no longer be based on water depth.

Instead, the moratorium will apply to any deep-water floating facility with drilling activities. The original moratorium applied to those in waters of more than 500 feet.

Anyone with even a little common sense can see that all Obama is trying to do is push his green energy crap on us.

How stupid is this? Lets pretend there has been one car wreak on the road so I'm going to put a moratorium on all traffic! Please Lord hurry up the November Elections!

No Speed Limits

Today I was beating myself up over why very few people seem to care or even notice the fact that we're letting this great nation of ours go downhill. The politicians in our government seem to be able to get away with things that you and I would instantly be lock up in prison for. The most amazing thing about it all is they are doing it out in the open. Most of the TV news stations that we have put our trust and respect in to report the news honestly have chosen to ether twist the truth or not even bother reporting it at all, especially when it comes to the Obama Government.

Why did the Attorney General drop the case of the two Black Panther thugs that were trying to intimidate voters during the presidential elections? The video and evidence was plenty enough to put both men in jail over it! Did the news stations such as ABC, CBS, NBC, and the others even report this, I didn't hear them reporting it. It seems that the only ones that we can trust to report the news as it really is is FOX NEWS. That was the only news station that I saw a video with one of the same black panthers saying he hated white people and that the blacks could never be free until they killed all the whites and their babies too. Did any other stations except Fox reported this? And yet after all of this the president of the united states told his attorney general to drop the case against them!

As I was driving to work this morning the answer to the question of why very few people seem to care or even notice became clear in my mind as I watched the majority of drivers going over the speed limit. The ones that choose to obey the law usually had someone very dangerously on their rear bumper almost trying to shove them into going even faster. Other people without regards to anyone else but themselves were rudely cutting in front of the drivers trying to do the speed limit. The thought came to me as I watched all of the unkind, uncaring, rude, selfish people was," Birds of a feather, flock together".

Google Email Alert Social Security running out of money

I put into my google email alert the sentence "why is Social Security running out of money" and I could not believe all of the results I got back on that one sentence! But most of the stories about it seem to come to the same conclusion, money you pay into Social Security is being used for everything except for the reason it was created. So why don't the politicians stop talking about it going broke, by not stealing the money out of it for their own personal pork project spending.
