Lindsey Graham Urges Trump to 'Fight Hard,' Don't Concede

One of the most prominent Republicans in the US Congress on Sunday urged Donald Trump to "fight hard" and not concede his loss to Joe Biden in the race for the White House, saying unfounded allegations of fraud by the president must be investigated.

Other Republicans sought to walk a finer line, saying legal challenges must be allowed to play out.

"We will work with Biden if he wins, but Trump has not lost," Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said on Fox News.

"Do not concede, Mr. President. Fight hard."

Graham alleged "shenanigans" related to mailed ballots, the method a large number of Americans preferred in Tuesday's election due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"It's the wild-wild west when it comes to mail-in balloting," said Graham, a former Trump critic turned unstinting supporter.

There is no evidence that fraud has ever been a significant problem affecting mail-in voting in US presidential elections.

"Everything we worried about has come true, so if we don't fight back in 2020 we're never going to win again presidentially," he nevertheless added.

Other top Republicans were more guarded in their comments, but nonetheless refused to acknowledge Biden had won, saying legal challenges must go forward and vote counting must continue.

"What we need in the presidential race is to make sure every legal vote is counted, every recount is completed, and every legal challenge should be heard," Kevin McCarthy, the top Republican in the House of Representatives, said on Fox News.

"Then and only then that America will decide who won the race."

Biden currently has at least 279 electoral votes, with only 270 needed to win. Trump has 214.

Axios: Trump Plans to Present Evidence Dead People Voted in Election

President Donald Trump's team has assembled recount teams in key battleground states and plans to present evidence that Democrats were using dead people to steal electoral college votes from the president, reports Axios.

The president also plans to hold campaign-style rallies to boost support as his lawyers fight potential recounts in key battleground states.

Trump has refused to concede the race to Joe Biden despite several networks calling it for the Democratic challenger. Newsmax has yet to call the race, citing close races in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona.

Biden's lead over Trump has narrowed to 16,952 as of Sunday afternoon, according to voter data.

Trump has key players in place to battle the results in court, including Doug Collins in Georgia, Kory Langhofer in Arizona and Porter Wright's Ron Hicks in Pennsylvania.

"We want to make sure we have an adequate supply of manpower on the ground for man-to-man combat," one adviser told the news outlet.

Additionally, Trump's communications team will send out "regular press briefings, releases on legal action and obviously things like talking points and booking people strategically on television," one adviser said.

Raising money for Trump's defense is also key, according to Axios.

"We all have the same goal in mind, which is using the legal process over the next many days and weeks ahead to make sure that the president is re-elected," one adviser said.

Dick Morris: Trump Can Still Win

President Donald Trump can still win the presidency.

Here’s how:

Only the Electoral College or the various state legislatures can declare a candidate the winner. To base this decision on network vote totals and projections and to call Biden the president-elect is irresponsible.

The recounts in Arizona, Georgia, and the other states are likely to go heavily for Trump.

Most of the likely errors or invalid votes took place on mailed in ballots. (Machine votes are harder to tamper with). Since Biden won upwards of two-thirds of mail-in votes and absentee ballots, it's likely that most of the discarded mail ballots will be subtracted from Biden’s total.

The networks currently give Trump 214 electorate voters (270 is the victory level).

Alaska, where Trump has led by 2:1 all week and is now more than half counted will likely throw its 3 votes to Trump giving him 217.

Trump has likewise led in North Carolina (15 votes) all week and his margin of 75,000 has not diminished. He will undoubtedly carry North Carolina.

Like Alaska, the media will not call it for Trump to promote the illusion of a Biden victory. North Carolina would bring Trump’s vote to 232.

The vote count in Arizona shows Trump’s deficit shrinking from 30,000 on Friday to 18,500 on Saturday with about 100K left to count.

After Arizona (11 votes). is fully counted, it will go through a recount subject to the pro-Trump bias identified in point 2. Were he to win Arizona, he would have 243 votes.

In Georgia (16 votes), Biden leads by only 8400 votes, a margin that has been dropping.

Like Arizona, Trump may still win the count and, if not, would have a very good chance of prevailing in the recount. With Georgia, Trump would have 259 votes.

Wisconsin (10 votes) is tallied as having been won by Biden by 21,000 votes but a recanvass is in the offing. Given the facts enumerated earler, there is a very good chance Trump will carry Wisconsin. The recount process in Wisconsin is uniquely fair and transparent — a model for the nation — so Trump may well flip the state.

If he does, he will have 269 votes — one shy of victory.

Then, it comes down Pennsylvania and its 20 votes. The Supreme Court provisionally allowed ballots to be counted if they arrived before Friday, Nov. 6 and were postmarked before election day, Nov. 3, and ordered late votes to be segregated. When Justice Alito was informed that the state had not segregated the late votes, as required in the Court’s decision, Alito reaffirmed the necessity of enforcing the court order.

Joe Biden currently leads by 37,000 votes in Pennsylvania. The number of late arriving ballots likely far exceeds this total (the state has not published this information).

Justice Alioto and a Court majority may throw out the late ballots, likely delivering the state to Trump.

Additionally, for the reasons stated above, a recanvass is likely to give Trump a decisive advantage. If he wins Pennsylvania, he would have 289 votes and a victory.

Will there be a recount in Pennsylvania? The current law requires one if the margin is under 0;.5% and in Pennsylvania it likely will be slightly greater.

There are two ways to trigger a recount:

—First, the U.S. Supreme Court could order one after the vote counters so flagrantly violated Alito’s order to segregate the votes that he had to re-issue it. And remember, four Justices wanted to reconsider whether to allow late ballots entirely but the high court deadlocked 4-4. Now with Justice Barrett in the mix it may take a different view, particularly iff the presidency hangs in the balance.

—Second, Article II Section 1 of the US Constitution reads:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress."

The Pennsylvania State Legislature, solidly in Republican hands (both houses) may choose to demand a recount before appointing electors. To build the case for doing so, it may hold hearings into the allegations of fraud so as to help the voters of the state understand how flagrantly their votes were mishandled.

Already, the leader of the State Senate in Pennsylvania and the Speaker of the State Assembly have held a press conference announcing their intention to "audit" the vote counting process.

So, as the great Yogi Berra said, "It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings."

She hasn’t.

President Trump supporters are taking to the streets of Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan in protest over the election.

Citizens of those battleground states have flooded the streets, holding Trump-Pence signs and rooting for “four more years.” Demonstrators were also seen reciting the pledge of allegiance and singing patriotic songs. They said the mainstream media has called the election too early.

“So, my reaction personally is I think it’s a little premature,” Trump supporter and Georgia resident James Wilson stated. “It just sounds like there’s going to be multiple states with recounts and an awful lot of litigation. So, I’m just hopeful that everybody stays calm and the country waits to see how that transpires.”Many are drawing comparisons between this election to the Gore v Bush election where lawsuits went on for six weeks.

Hey, everyone, let me remind you: the media called the 2000 election for Al Gore too. You do remember President Gore, don't you?

Newsmax TV Surpasses Fox Business, CNBC in Key Ratings

Bailey Comment: " Fox News turned into Joe Biden Suck Asses"!

It is official. Newsmax TV surpassed both Fox Business and CNBC in daytime ratings the day after Election Day.

Nielsen reported Wednesday that Newsmax drew 287,000 average viewers per minute in the key daypart 9am to 4pm, outpacing CNBC with 285,000 viewers and Fox Business with 281,000.

Newsmax also outpaced Fox Business in primetime, with 205,000 viewers compared to 138,000.

The Nielsen rating only tells part of the story. OTT viewership on platforms like YouTube added an additional 100,000 per minute live viewers tuned into Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

"We're in less cable homes, our channel position is usually not as good as competitors, and our brand is less known, yet we're beating these guys," Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax TV said. "We have a better mousetrap and viewers are flocking to us."

Ruddy noted Newsmax's new programming lineup, including shows like "Greg Kelly Reports" and Sean Spicer's "Spicer & Co." only started this year.

"Our trajectory is like a rocket right now," Ruddy said.

On Election Night, Nielsen reported Newsmax TV's coverage was watched by 3 million viewers, with as many as 600,000 viewers per minute.

Nielsen also reported 1 million of Newsmax's election night viewers watched exclusively and never tuned into Fox News or another cable news channel.

When OTT viewers were factored in, Newsmax had over 1 million per minute viewers most of the same night. For example, YouTube's live stream showed over 70,000 viewers watching Newsmax at any minute during election night.

While Fox News led ratings election night, Newsmax appeared to benefit from angry, defecting viewers.

Newsmax was the first network to project Trump the winner of Florida, as Fox refused to call the state, despite more than 90% of ballots counted.

Fox's decision to call Arizona early, with just 14% of balllots counted and without other TV networks joining their decision, led to a viewership revolt across social media.

Newsweek was the first to report on the outrage, headlining: "Conservatives Turn Against Fox News Over Election Coverage, Change Channel to Newsmax."

Country music star's Travis Tritt's tweet Election Night summed up the moment:

"No matter what the final results are tonight, one thing is extremely clear. @FoxNews can no longer claim to be the fair and balanced network they once were. There are a lot of biased hacks there now and a ton of folks are noticing. It's now @newsmax for me for election results."

Biden Plans Flurry of Executive Orders to Unwind Trump's Policies

Jo and the Ho

As the past two presidents have done, Democrat Joe Biden plans a mass of executive orders to enact his agenda – these designed to unwind the agenda of President Donald Trump.

The orders are going to come swiftly after his potential swearing in Jan. 20, The Washington Post reported.

"The policy team, the transition policy teams, are focusing now very much on executive power," a source, a close Biden ally, told the Post. "I expect that to be freely used in a Biden administration at this point, if the Senate becomes a roadblock."

The orders will address Biden's agenda items of climate change, healthcare, and immigration, according to the report.

Newsmax: We're Not Calling Election for Biden

At this time, Newsmax is not calling Joe Biden the winner.

The election remains very close and Pres. Trump continues to contest results in several states.

All votes should be counted. The media should not make the determination of the winner under these circumstances.
