Did MSNBC Laugh at the Family of Rachel Morin Last Night?

Rachel Morin's Murder Broke Her Family Apart: Mom of 5's Kids Now Living in Different Homes (Exclusive)
Rachel Morin's family speaks at Republican National Convention

Rachel Morin's brother and children pictured above.

Pollster Frank Luntz immediately noticed the change, tweeting what he’s never seen at a GOP convention: “A stage filled with hardworking taxpayers, African-Americans, working women, union members, and delegates dancing in the aisles. Speeches bashing Corporate America and the status quo.”

He added, “We witnessed the realignment of American politics, Trump-style.”

Last night, voters saw a Republican Party that they (and I) have never seen before.

And the liberal media has no idea what to do. What they’re doing now comes off as unseemly and condescending, channeling the untamable urge to lecture and criticize. It’s why many Americans, specifically young men, are fleeing the Democratic Party. No one likes being nagged endlessly, and liberal America is fraught with whiny, woke cretins who think it’s evil to watch football and eat hamburgers. They’re tired of being called racist and having everyday mundane activities be attacked as racist by this chardonnay-guzzling brigade.

Closing @cnn thoughts in night 2 of the @gop convention … another successful outing for Trump. Winners: Sanders, Babydog, DeSantis, everyday Americans who told their stories beautifully. pic.twitter.com/4xGgF1fGGj

It's also pathetically transparent. When everyday American speakers, who are non-politicians, deliver short and sweet speeches about how life under Joe Biden has become intolerable, they interject by fact-checking the remarks. The big theme on night two for some was the rise of crime under Biden, both committed by fellow citizens and illegal aliens alike—ABC News tried to sell the line that crime is down. No, reporting on crime is down among municipalities nationwide because the figures were going to wreck the Left’s soft-on-crime approach to public safety.

A most disturbing and distasteful event occurred when MSNBC’s Chris Hayes seemed to mock the everyday American speeches, which included the family of Rachel Morin, who was raped and murdered by an illegal alien last August in Maryland. Host Joy Reid even chuckled because Hayes didn’t think these speeches would resonate because no one at MSNBC speaks to real people. They hang out with the same snobby, over-educated left-wingers who have never understood the value of a real day’s work in their lives. That alone is why Donald Trump is on track to beat Joe Biden.

On PBS, the talk about illegal alien crime was, you guessed it, full-blown racism on display.

Amna Nawaz: “We have seen though...Republican rhetoric veer into outright racism, echoing some white supremacist notions as well. Do you think that will be avoided here tonight?”

MSNBC’s Ari Melber was stunned and unable to comprehend why Donald Trump had a bandage on his ear. Perhaps it’s because it was shot off during the failed July 13 assassination attempt against him. Melber seemed incapable of understanding that politics is theater. It’s entertainment. It’s a show, and it’s always been that way, at least in the era of modern campaigning. He could only cope by saying this wasn’t a normal convention—whatever that meant.

MSNBC's Ari Melber on Trump's bandaged ear: "a prop...a spectacle for this candidate who we know is...obsessed with assorted spectacles...to mine and use Donald Trump's injury, and whether [they] do that in a way that overextends their credibility will be decided by the voters." pic.twitter.com/PEMXKBwOQK

@AriMelber - His head was nearly blown off by a millimeter, instead the bullet took a chunk of his ear off, and you're calling this a prop?

Just the kind of unhinged perspective as Joy Reid, Nicolle Wallace and the petulant morning show hosts on your network.

You're a joke. https://t.co/8TYncy20BE

Pollster Couldn't Help But Notice How Trump Realigned the GOP at Its National Convention

Some people might not like the Republican National Convention. I’m not a big fan of the extended music breaks, and some speakers gave lackluster speeches. Yet, no event is perfect. What is noticeable is the change the Republican Party has undergone since Donald Trump became the 2016 nominee.

Pollster Frank Luntz tweeted about what he saw at this year’s convention:

Last night, voters saw a Republican Party that they (and I) have never seen before.

A stage filled with hardworking taxpayers, African-Americans, working women, union members, and delegates dancing in the aisles. Speeches bashing Corporate America and the status quo.

We witnessed the realignment of American politics, Trump-style.

And to the shock of no one, the “everyday Americans” speeches, which outlined those struggling to make ends meet in Joe Biden’s America, were not aired by the major networks:

Luntz highlighted what others have noted about the GOP base. It’s becoming comprised of members who sport bluer collars. The trend of non-white working-class voters entering the ranks is also prevalent here. It’s a new day for the GOP, one that fails to be pigeonholed by the liberal media who will not know what to do when they attack Republicans in the future if these trends hold.

The neo-populist takeover is a winner, though not everyone is pleased. Amber Rose delivered a solid speech Monday night about starting out being anti-Trump but later understanding the MAGA movement and finally becoming someone who will back the former president in 2024. The social conservative tenets are virtually no more, like the planks about abortion, though Roe v. Wade has been overturned.

We’ll revisit those for sure, but for now, we must win first in November. Having heartburn over the party’s changes, the old guard needs to get a grip because the old ways aren’t coming back. The McCain-Romney-Ryan days are over. It’s 'Donald Trumps' from here on out.

Musk Says SpaceX And X HQs Will Move To Texas Following New CA Trans Student Privacy Law

CAPE CANAVERAL, FL - MAY 27: Elon Musk, founder and CEO of SpaceX, participates in a press conference at the Kennedy Space Center on May 27, 2020 in Cape Canaveral, Florida. NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley were scheduled to be the first people since the end of the Space Shuttle program in 2011 to be launched into space from the United States, but the launch was postponed due to bad weather. Elon Musk has stated that he will be moving both the SpaceX and X headquarters to Texas out of California following a new law by the California governor.

On Tuesday, Musk made the decision to move the company’s headquarters in response to Governor Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) signing a new law

that bars school districts in California from requiring parents to be notified of a child’s gender identification change.

“This is the final straw. Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California to Starbase, Texas,” Musk posted on X.

He later added that X HQ will also move from San Francisco to Austin.

“I did make it clear to Governor Newsom about a year ago that laws of this nature would force families and companies to leave California to protect their children,” he added.

Elon Musk’s then-18-year-old child was given permission to legally change names and gender to Vivian Jenna Wilson in 2022, according to a People magazine article. Wilson dropped the Musk family name and adopted her mother Justine Wilson’s maiden name.

In response to a question concerning Wilson’s transition in October 2022, Musk told the Financial Times that he “can’t win them all” and insisted that he was close to all of his other kids.

Additionally, Musk told the Financial Times that “neo-Marxists” at academic institutions were to blame for Wilson’s decision.

Delegates, politicians, and the Republican faithful are in Milwaukee for the annual convention, concluding with former President Donald Trump accepting his party’s presidential nomination. The RNC takes place from July 15-18.

Kari Lake, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in Arizona, spoke at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee and welcomed everyone in attendance except the “fake news” media.

“Frankly, you guys up there in the fake news have worn out your welcome,” she said, adding that they’ve lied about former president Donald Trump and his supporters over the past eight years.

Lake (R-Ariz) went on to criticize the mainstream media for lying about “everything,” including President Joe Biden’s health, the economy, Hunter Biden’s laptop scandal, and the border crisis.

“But the really good news is that every day more and more people are turning off the fake news,” Lake said.

Lake also focused on blasting Arizona’s fentanyl crisis and criticizing Representative Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), who is running against her for the Senate.

“Gallego and the Democrats have handed over control of my state, Arizona’s border, to the drug cartels,” she said. “Because of them, criminals and deadly drugs are pouring in, and our children are dying. Our children are getting their hands on these drugs and dying.”

The Republican National Convention (RNC) is happening from July 15th through July 18th, where Trump has been nominated as the official Republican presidential nominee and is expected to accept the title on the last day of the convention.

Secret Service Head Says Rally Shooting 'Unacceptable'; Mayorkas Calls It a 'Failure'

Secret Service Head Says Rally Shooting 'Unacceptable,' but Isn't Resigning
US Secret Service head says she won't resign after 'unacceptable' Trump rally shooting | The Times of Israel
Jill Biden hand picked this creep to be in charge of the secret service.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle said on Monday that the Trump rally shooting was "unacceptable," but that she would not resign her post.

"I am the director of the Secret Service, and I need to make sure that we are performing a review and that we are giving resources to our personnel as necessary," Cheatle told ABC News on Monday.

Earlier in the day, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas called the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump on Saturday a "failure" of the Secret Service, which is housed within his department.

"An incident like this cannot happen," Mayorkas told CNN. "That is precisely why President [Joe] Biden directed an independent review — so that that review, its conclusions, and its recommendations have the full confidence of the American public.

"We will carefully analyze in an independent and thorough fashion what occurred. Recommendations will be made. Those recommendations will be implemented."

When pressed on whether the shooting was a "failure" of the agency, Mayorkas confirmed that it was.

"When I say that something like this cannot happen, we are speaking of a failure," he said. "We are going to analyze — through an independent review — how that occurred, why it occurred, and make recommendations and findings to make sure it doesn't happen again.

"I couldn't be clearer," Mayorkas added.

Mayorkas echoed  President Joe Biden's comments about the attempt on Trump's life and called for a cooling of the country's political rhetoric.

The Secret Service has come under intense scrutiny since a gunman opened fire from a nearby rooftop during Trump's campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. The former president's ear was grazed by a bullet, while former fire chief Corey Comperatore, 50, was killed shielding his family during the attack. Rallygoers David Dutch, 57, and James Copenhaver, 74, were initially listed in critical condition, but were listed as stable as of Sunday.

Congressional Republicans have promised to launch investigations into the assassination attempt, and Biden has ordered an independent review of security measures at the rally.

Secret Service Director Cheatle said the agency would cooperate with both the independent review and congressional inquiries. She is slated to testify before the House Oversight Committee on July 22.

Donald Trump Makes Powerful Appearance at First Night of Republican National Convention

Two days after being shot, sporting a bandage on his ear, former President Donald Trump made a dramatic appearance at the first night of the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Entering the Fiserv Forum to the accompaniment of “God Bless The U.S.A.” performed live by Lee Greenwood, President Trump luxuriated in thunderous applause before taking a seat with family and in between his Vice President nominee JD Vance and Congressman Byron Donalds, who had pundit Tucker Carlson on his immediate right.

President Trump listened and applauded a series of speakers, known and unknown. The best was a smooth speech by media personality Amber Rose that detailed her transformation, encouraged by her military veteran father, from believing Trump was a racist to wholeheartedly supporting him.

International Brotherhood of Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien brought the house down when, referring to the assassination attempt on President Trump, “He has proven to be one tough SOB.” O’Brien brought the fire throughout his overly long message, both praising and criticizing the GOP as he outlined a growing willingness for Republicans and Teamsters to work together.

Rev. James Roemke from Messiah Lutheran Church in Kenosha, Wisconsin, brought the house down again, this time with laughter when, before offering a prayer, he kindly mimicked Trump’s “you’re going to get tired of winning” live by swapping out “being blessed” for “winning.”

The outpouring of love for President Trump clearly moved and invigorated him as he smiled throughout the speeches and the numerous rounds of thunderous applause and chants on his behalf. Although he did not speak, Trump’s presence filled the arena, leaving no doubt that he is in full command of the Republican Party.
