Trump: Georgia GOP Leaders 'Want Us to Lose'
Republican presidential nominee pulled no punches against Georgia GOP Gov. Brian Kemp – "most disloyal guy I have ever seen" – and Attorney General Brad Raffensperger on Saturday night at his Atlanta rally.
"If we lose Georgia, we lose the whole thing, and our country goes to hell," Trump told his crowd in a speech that aired live and in its entirety on Newsmax and the free Newsmax2 streaming platform. "Because we can't let [Kamala Harris] be president of the United States, because she's grossly incompetent.
"We can't let that happen."
Along with hitting Kemp for being the "most disloyal" Republican governor in a state that is a pivotal presidential election battleground once again, Trump urged Georgia to bring an honest election for the American people this November.
"Raffensperger better make sure that the vote is honest, and they don't want the vote to be honest," Trump said, retelling his stories about the 2020 presidential election that ultimately became a Democrat-led investigation that led to multiple indictments in Fulton County and Washington, D.C. "In my opinion, they want us to lose.
"That's actually my opinion, and we can't let that happen."
Kemp engaged in a tit-for-tat with Trump on Saturday on social media, responding to a Trump Truth Social post as Trump was speaking at the rally Saturday night.
"My focus is on winning this November and saving our country from Kamala Harris and the Democrats – not engaging in petty personal insults, attacking fellow Republicans, or dwelling on the past," Kemp wrote.
"You should do the same, Mr. President, and leave my family out of it."
Trump was even more pointed at
During the rally, Trump said, "I'm used to fake crap that goes on with these politicians," pointing to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' investigation into the 2020 election challenge. "But many, many people, their lives have been destroyed because of Fani.
"And this governor — I don't know, I assume — he could straighten it out, because his state has become a laughingstock over it.
"And you know what? I love this state."
Kemp "could have ended this travesty" in the 2020 election investigation "with a phone call, because I did nothing wrong and neither did all of those good people that are being persecuted," Trump continued.
Trump also denounced failed Georgia Democrat gubernatorial candidate turned Democrat election operative Stacey Abrams.
"Stacey Abrams can say it; it's fine," Trump said. "But if we say we won the election — and we did — that's not fine. We can't do it."
Hillary Clinton still denies the 2016 election as free, fair, and final.
"Hillary still is complaining about it and nothing happens to her," Trump lamented. "We have two sides of justice, and we can't do it anymore.
"We have to get back to making America great again. We don't have time for this nonsense."

Kamala Harris' Husband Admits to Affair - Which Resulted in Pregnancy - With His Kids' Teacher/Nanny
An exclusive story in Saturday's Daily Mail revealed that Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, had an affair with a woman who worked both as a teacher at his kids' school and as a nanny for the family during his first marriage, and that the affair resulted in a pregnancy. The marriage ended when Emhoff's first wife, Kersten, discovered the affair in May 2009. From the Daily Mail:
Naylor now lives in Hampton Bays, on New York's Long Island, and works for Audible. According to the Daily Mail report, Naylor lost her job at The Willows, the private school in Culver City attended by Cole and Ella Emhoff:
It's unclear whether Naylor left her school job voluntarily, or was pushed out due to the scandal, which wasn't a secret among other parents at The Willows:
While the sources listed by Daily Mail say that Naylor did not keep the baby, it wasn't clear whether they meant that Naylor had an abortion or that the baby was born and then given up for adoption. Reporters with Daily Mail searched Los Angeles birth records for 2008 and 2009 and were unable to find a record for a Brook Naylor in those years, or any child born in that time frame with the last name Emhoff. It's not known whether the baby would have been born in Los Angeles County or elsewhere if Naylor carried to term. While Emhoff's office didn't return requests for comment from Daily Mail, after the story was published a statement was sent to CNN seeming to admit to the affair, but without reference to the pregnancy or what happened to the child.
Likewise, Kersten Emhoff issued a statement ignoring
It's odd that Harris and Emhoff didn't simply ignore the story and have surrogates dismiss it as something from a gossip rag, or blame it on "MAGA crazies." Usually that only happens when there is something more to a story, and they don't want that to get out. By tacitly admitting the affair yet being silent about the child it produced, are they hoping the story is labeled as a terrible invasion of privacy and the politics of personal destruction? Already Harris' surrogates are asking why it matters that Harris' husband had an affair during a marriage before he met her and simply ignoring the part about the resulting pregnancy, and also ignoring the fact that as one of Naylor's employers Emhoff was in a position of power over her and that the affair could absolutely be termed sexual harassment, and that Naylor lost her other job as a result of the affair - and possibly due to the influence of Doug and/or Kersten Emhoff. Those are the questions that need to be asked of Team Kamala. |
Hoge's Heroes: Rescuer Helicopters in to Save Pups Stranded in Chaotic CA Wildfire Evacuation
As residents frantically evacuated the area around the northern California town of Cohasset due to a raging fire (caused by arson), one person was faced with a difficult decision. Their truck broke down and they had to leave behind two adult Rottweilers and their puppies. It was clearly a tragedy in the making. Enter Butte County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) Search and Rescue team's Trevor Skaggs, who quickly decided he was not going to let that happen on his watch. He hopped on a BCSO helicopter, was flown to the perilous area by pilot Conner Smith—then ran a mile and a half to track down the pooches. But his daring rescue was not over—he still had to get Mama and babies to safety. (Sadly, Dad did not survive the ordeal.) After first sharing his water and his protein bar with the canine clan, he somehow managed to convince them to follow him on the long road back to the chopper. Once Skaggs got them back to safety, the puppies and their mother were flown to the Chico Airport and are now being cared for by members of the North Valley Animal Disaster Group. The rescue group took to Facebook to thank all those who helped make the rescue successful: "A great example of interagency support and coordination, and a remarkable rescue. Great job!" they wrote. "It’s been a horrific few days for our community and we are grateful to be able to share this amazing story," said Butte County Sheriff Kory L. Honea. Is This 'Squad' Member About to be Shown Out the Door?
Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) could be the next “Squad” member to be ousted as she continues to hold an anti-Israel stance, who has been a vocal critic of the Jewish state and called Israel’s retaliation an “ethnic cleansing campaign.” The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is on its way to booting Bush from her seat as she prepares for an uphill battle in a competitive primary in which she is already losing momentum. AIPAC’s PAC, United Democracy Project, has already spent $8.4 million to oust Bush while she campaigned in the state’s Democratic primary against St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell. The $8 million is just a tiny fraction compared to the $100 million plan to unseat anti-Israel lawmakers. AIPAC successfully poured $15 million into efforts to unseat Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) during the race in New York’s 16th Congressional District. “The outcome in this race once again shows that the pro-Israel position is both good policy and good politics — for both parties,” the PAC stated afterward. “AIPAC’s grassroots members are proud to support strong pro-Israel progressive Democrats like Wesley Bell,” AIPAC said in a statement. “Cori Bush has been one of the most hostile critics of Israel since she came to Congress in 2021 and has actively worked to undermine mainstream Democratic support for the U.S.-Israel relationship.” The progressive lawmaker accused AIPAC of bending over backward for pro-Israel advocates, including former President Donald Trump. “This is only the beginning,” Bush said. “Because if they can unseat me, then they’re going to continue to come after more Democrats.” Bush recently boycotted Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to D.C. last week, calling him a “war criminal.” She has also joined Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) in calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war. DMFI PAC, a supporter of pro-Israeli Democrats in Washington, has also been funding ads advocating for Democrat St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell. Trending on Townhall Videos |
There Was a Very Strange Incident at Mar-a-Lago This Week
There was a strange incident at Mar-a-Lago this week: a Chinese national tried to infiltrate the residence of former President Donald Trump. Zijie Li, 38, of El Monte, California, tried repeatedly to gain access to the property. This was a concerted effort that quickly got the attention of the Secret Service and local law enforcement around the property following the July 13 assassination attempt on the former president in Butler, California. Li claimed to have documents tying his government to the assassination attempt (via Fox News):
The Palm Beach Post has more on Li’s lengthy effort to get inside the property. Over the course of a few days, Li did his best to get inside, driving in and around Mar-a-Lago before police finally arrested him:
Bailey: The Chinese and the democrats want to stop Trump from becoming president again. They know when he is re-elected their crooked dealings will be ended.
We’ll keep you updated on this odd story. Li remains in jail on trespassing charges. Trending on Townhall Videos |
US Secret Service Chief Says Local Police Alerted Them About Gunman During Trump Assassination Attempt
U.S. Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe, Jr. testifies about the
attempted assassination of ex-President Donald Trump at a campaign
rally, during a joint hearing of the Senate Judiciary and Homeland
Security Committees, Washington, DC, July 30, 2024. The United States Secret Service’s (USSS) acting director has said that the local police in Pennsylvania had warned them about a man on the roof before Donald Trump’s assassination attempt, but the message did not reach USSS agents on time. On Friday, Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe told reporters that the warning was not received before a 20-year-old attacker opened fire on Trump because local authorities and Secret Service agents were using separate communication channels.
According to Rowe, the FBI is trying to investigate exactly what was said. However, Rowe stated that the investigators think “there was somebody who did in fact radio out that they had seen the individual with a weapon.” The gunman, identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire after being confronted by a local police officer on the building’s roof. However, law enforcement officials have previously stated that the officer, who had been lifted up by a colleague, fell to the ground approximately 30 seconds before the attacker started shooting. According to Rowe, the Secret Service was aware that local police were handling a problem outside the event when shots were fired, but they were unaware that a weapon was present. Rowe said he was “ashamed” of the security lapse that happened on the day of the shooting in testimony to Congress on Tuesday, but he also placed the blame for the failure on local law enforcement. Rowe added that local law enforcement in Butler, Pennsylvania, had set up a command post for the former president’s outdoor campaign rally, but the Secret Service had not been present. The July 13th failed assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump prompted the agency’s former director, Kimberly Cheatle, to resign from her role after a heated congressional testimony. Bailey: Unlike the government cover up of the JFK Assassination in 1963, there are too many cameras around to try and cover this attempt up by the democrats. Stay informed! Trump Agrees To Debate Harris On Fox News, Backs Out Of ABC Debate
Republican Presidential nominee former President Donald J. Trump holds
his first public campaign rally with his running mate, Vice Presidential
nominee U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) (not pictured), at the Van Andel
Arena on July 20, 2024 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is also Trump’s
first public rally since he was shot in the ear during an assassination
attempt in Pennsylvania on July 13. Former President Donald Trump has announced that he has agreed to debate Vice President Kamala Harris on Fox News instead of ABC. On Friday, Trump said that he would no longer participate in the ABC debate, but he has accepted Fox News’ offer to debate Harris on September 4th. Trump said that when Joe Biden was the front-runner for the Democrat nomination, the ABC debate had been agreed to “but has been terminated in that Biden will no longer be a participant.” In addition, the 45th president mentioned his ongoing lawsuit for defamation against ABC and George Stephanopoulos, the network’s anchor. The lawsuit was initiated months ago, when Trump first consented to debate Biden on the network earlier this summer. Not many days after Biden withdrew from the race and endorsed Harris, Fox News formally invited Trump and Harris to engage in a debate on its network in September. Trump accepted the network’s proposal to have Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier serve as moderators in his Truth Social post.
Harris responded on an x post saying that “It’s interesting how ‘any time, any place’ becomes ‘one specific time, one specific safe space.’ I’ll be there on September 10th, like he agreed to. I hope to see him there.” Since Harris was not the party’s official nominee following Biden’s withdrawal from the contest, Trump had previously declared he would not debate her. On Friday, however, the vice president managed to garner enough delegates to formally be nominated by the party.
