Joe Biden continues to lie about his past. This time, he brought back a debunked story of him allegedly being shot at while overseas. At a debate in 2007, Biden claimed he was targeted at the Green Zone in Baghdad. He had to retract those comments after getting backlash from veterans.

Joe Biden lies. A lot.

1987: Lied about marching for civil rights

2007: Lied about being shot at in Iraq

2008: Lied about a helicopter trip in Afghanistan

2008: Lied about being a coal miner

2019: Lied about giving a soldier a medal

Biden revived his claim when he spoke to State Department employees on Thursday.

This afternoon, I’m visiting the @StateDept and delivering remarks on America’s role in the world. Tune in. https://t.co/zWG3UETxGX

“I’ve been with some of you when we’ve been in places you would not have had any idea you would want to be when you were going to the school of foreign policy and foreign service,” Biden claimed. “They never told you that was going to happen.”

Does Joe have some kind of bet with AOC going on?? https://t.co/4hpby03qfK

Hillary Clinton is another prominent Democrat who falsely claimed to have been shot at in Bosnia during the 1990s, which also never happened.

Additionally, Biden has made other false claims about his past. These claims included him being a coal miner, fighting with “Corn Pop,” and being arrested in South Africa in the 1970s, all of which have been debunked.
