One of the humiliations confronting the Biden Justice Department in its last days and New York Attorney General Letitia James is how to handle the manufactured criminal cases they are pushing against President Trump. The federal issue seems to have been solved Tuesday. Not only were the charges obviously bogus and brought by an arguably unconstitutionally appointed prosecutor, but the Department of Justice's policy is that it will not prosecute a sitting president. BREAKING: Judge Delays Donald Trump's Manhattan Case Sentencing Until After Election Today, Trump attorney Mike Davis used an interview on "The Benny Show" podcast to lay down the law to James and her flying monkeys.
Mike Davis has a well-earned reputation as a take-no-prisoners attorney who has successfully fought off the lawfare targeting Trump. A recent Politico article traced his transition, in the words of Steve Bannon:

Davis is rumored to be the front-runner for Attorney General. Whether this interview helps or hurts his case is unclear, but I hope it helps him. |
