Therapists See Uptick in Dem Patients Worried About Losing Their Old Way of Life Due to Trump: Report

Democrats are worried about losing their way of life under President Trump. As a result, they're having trouble coping with this brave new world.😂

Axios, a left-leaning digital news outlet, spoke with several therapists about the impact of Trump's "shock and awe" strategy in implementing his agenda. For a party that prides itself on fighting the "resistance" fight, they have sought out the therapist's couch in a hurry.

"Some will find a way of adjusting their brains to the drama and unpredictability while others will try to tune out," they write.

So what's got Democrat voters mentally in disarray?

An end to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, for one. A move to target "transgender rights," which, by the way, is a wholly fabricated concern since there are zero rights that don't apply to every American. And climate change, another manufactured crisis.

It's almost like living in a world of make-believe has its consequences when a realist like Trump enters the White House.

Michelle Obama Ripped for New Year’s Message Saying Americans Are ‘Anxious’ as Trump’s Return Nears

'Forest Bathing' and a Group Cry: Experts Advise Libs Struggling to Cope With Trump's Inauguration

Andrea Bonior, a Georgetown University psychology professor who sees patients in the D.C. area, reveals that patients are having trouble processing the "chaos" of the Trump administration.

"Chaos" is code for "the president doing exactly what he said he would, exactly what a strong majority of the American people voted for."

Bonior notes that those most concerned about the future are federal employees unsure if they'll be out of a job and illegal immigrants who worry they'll have to eventually pay a price for breaking the law.

In essence, two groups worried that their grift at the American taxpayer's expense is ending.

Bonior, Axios reports, has "seen an uptick in patients, particularly Democrats, expressing a sense of burnout, guilt and despair at losing an old way of life."

It's odd; I don't recall many stories about Republican voters seeking therapy when Joe Biden ran the nation into the ground. Instead, they fought their way through the turmoil.

Yet, an inability to cope has been a theme for Democrats ever since Trump won the election.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a message on New Year's trying to quell the fears of left-leaning Americans who were feeling "anxious and uncertain" about the future.

Reports surfaced shortly thereafter that mental health experts were giving Democrats advice on how to deal with their uncertain futures. Those techniques involved crying in a group and "forest bathing."

In the end, Bonior advises readers to strike a balance by tuning out some of the news being delivered at breakneck speed by the new administration.

"That involves setting some boundaries so that they can stay informed, but also not despair," she says.

The fact that they're shocked at what Trump is doing indicates they weren't very well-informed to begin with.
