A member of the President’s legal team reaffirmed the fight to defend “free and fair” elections is not over.

During an interview on Sunday, attorney Sidney Powell said election results in multiple states are “getting ready to overturn.” She cited an overwhelming amount of evidence the President’s legal team has received concerning voter fraud and irregularities.

Powell went on to claim she has enough evidence, some even dating back to 2016, to launch a widespread criminal investigation. She specifically noted a member of Joe Biden’s team is also on the board of directors for a software company behind the flawed Dominion voting systems.

“They’re facing an election that was absolutely rigged, we are soaking in information through fire hoses of complicated mathematical alterations to the votes,” stated the attorney. “We have identified the system capability that does it…it does in fact exist, regardless of what the name of it is.”

Powell said the software, dubbed Smartmatic, was designed for the sole purpose of shifting voting results.

“It was a feature of the system that was designed with a back door, so that people could watch in real time and calculate with an algorithm how many votes they needed to change to make the results they wanted to create,” she explained.

Over the weekend, the President’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, brought attention to the company’s alleged involvement while noting the evidence “will all come out.”

Dominion has denied any claims its software was compromised, also adding that the election was “the most secure in American history.”

Meanwhile, Powell hopes to reveal all pertaining affidavits and evidence of fraud before the election certification deadline.

Rudy Giuliani: President Trump will not concede election

President Trump’s personal attorney wants to make it clear that the President will never concede the election and fully intends to win.

In an interview Sunday, Rudy Giuliani said the President was sarcastic when he said in a tweet that Biden “won” the election by stealing votes. President Trump’s tweet caused cheering in the mainstream media who took the phrase “Biden won” out of context and championed it as what they hoped would be a concession.

Giuliani added, the context of that tweet makes it perfectly clear the president was saying Biden’s theft of votes is not a victory. He went on to outline the various examples of voter fraud that were documented during the election and have gone ignored by the mainstream media.

In a recent statement, the President’s attorney said the Trump campaign has two lawsuits in Michigan that focus on the unlawful expulsion of Republican poll watchers from the counting process.  Giuliani added, Democrats also failed to signature-match thousands of votes. He said such actions render hundreds-of-thousands of Biden votes illegal.

“We can count now up to 628,000 votes were unlawfully cast that way,” said Giuliani. “And now in Michigan, well over 300,000 and we’ve just began to count, which is part of both cases.”

The President’s attorney has shown a few affidavits noting that thousands of similar witness testimonies are now part of the court cases that will prove President Trump won the election.

Roger Stone to Newsmax TV: Trump Deniers Running 'Psy-op' for Biden

Anti-Trumpers decrying his supporters as election deniers – including Newsmax, per CNN and The New York Times – are actually the ones leading a psychological operation, according to Republican political strategist Roger Stone on Newsmax TV.

In doing so, they are also denying the Constitution and the legal due process.

"It is far, far from over," Stone told Monday's "Stinchfield." "And this psy-ops that they're running, this group hypnosis to try to just make Biden look presidential, trot out Republicans verifiers like [Sen. Mitt] Romney and George W. Bush, it's very transparent in my view."

Stone rejected the mainstream media's denial of evidence of voter fraud, saying in actuality, the evidence being presented by the President Donald Trump lawyers is "overwhelming and compelling."

Despite the evidence, it will be very difficult to fight this "psy-ops" and root out Democrat corruption, voter fraud, and illegality.

"It is going to take some creative litigation, but Sydney Powell is creative and excellent and able lawyer," Stone noted of one of the notable members of the legal team.

"We owe it to the president to fight it out. I am strongly in favor of pursuing all remedies until all remedies have been exhausted."

Ga. County's Uncounted Ballots Will Boost Trump

Joe Biden’s victory margin in Georgia tightened slightly Monday after the state discovered that around 2,600 ballots went uncounted in a rural county.

The unofficial breakdown of the votes that weren't previously uploaded was 1,643 for Trump, 865 for Biden and 16 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen, according to Gabriel Sterling, who oversaw the implementation of the new statewide election system for the secretary of state's office.<

While the discovery in Floyd County will bolster President Donald Trump’s tally by about 800 votes, it’s unlikely to change the state’s overall results significantly, said Sterling. Biden’s margin over Trump will fall to about 13,300 votes from 14,100.

Still, the gaffe could worsen an already tense situation in the state, which is conducting a hand recount of the Nov. 3 vote, which the Trump campaign alleges was marred by fraud. As of Monday, Georgia had recounted about 4.3 million of the 5 million ballots cast, Sterling said. It was during this audit process that election workers discovered the uncounted ballots in Floyd County, a Republican-leaning community in northwest Georgia.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger suggested that Floyd County’s elections chief should resign over the error, Sterling said. “Nothing is making us see any substantive change in the outcome,” Sterling, a Republican, said during a videoconference with journalists Monday afternoon. Yet “there is no good explanation as to why you wouldn’t upload those numbers.”

Raffensperger, also a Republican, tested negative for COVID-19 but has remained in quarantine in recent days after his wife tested positive. His office has insisted that the state’s election results are accurate despite repeated allegations from the president and his allies, which last week included a call from Georgia’s incumbent U.S. senators, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, that Raffensperger should resign.

Both senators are in run-off races with Democratic opponents set for Jan. 5.

China Expert: Beijing Happy With Biden Win

Beijing is pleased with several news outlets calling the 2020 presidential race for Democrat Joe Biden, China expert Gordon Chang said on Sunday.

Speaking on “The Cats Roundtable” radio show on WABC 770AM hosted by John Catsimatidis, Chang said, “I think China is very happy with how things turned out, because Beijing worked very hard to get the vice president elected” by malicious and massive attacks on President Donald Trump through a public disinformation campaign.

Chang said “that Twitter took down 174,000 fake Chinese accounts in June alone, which shows you the size of China’s effort. And they were working for Biden even during the Democratic nomination process, because they were favoring him over Bernie Sanders.”

He insisted that “once Biden got the nomination, they went to work on President Trump, making life difficult for him.”

Chang added that China is not “going to let up. It’s probably going to test the Biden administration in ways that are going to be extremely dangerous, stressing that “this is a risk for us. We not only have China going after us internationally. They are going after our democracy. Which is the reason why Hong Kong is so important. They tried to snuff out representative governance there. They’re now going to turn their attention to us, because they’ve been attacking our form of government for three or four months in intensified ways.”

Trump Urges Judge to Preserve Suit Over Pennsylvania Ballots

The Trump campaign urged a judge to preserve its bid to block Pennsylvania from certifying President-elect Joe Biden as the winner, claiming there’s evidence that voters in Democratic-leaning counties were improperly allowed to fix errors with their ballots.

In a filing Sunday in federal court, the campaign said a half-dozen Pennsylvania counties named in the suit illegally allowed voters who cast deficient ballots to cast replacement absentee and mail-in ballots before Election Day or provisional ballots on Nov. 3 to “cure” any issues.

The campaign seeks to block Pennsylvania from certifying the result unless it scraps about 680,000 mail-in votes from the state’s most populous counties, which include the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas.

“Unless Bush v. Gore was much ado about nothing, presidential candidates of course have an interest in having lawful votes for them counted and unlawful votes for their opponent invalidated,” the filing said. “That’s particularly true in Pennsylvania, one of a few swing states where recounts or other litigation is ongoing and where the vote margin is close.”

The filing was made by campaign lawyer Linda Kerns, two days after attorneys with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP walked away from the case. The campaign said that firm “buckled” under criticism from “leftist mobs.”

A hearing on the swing state’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit is set for Nov. 17, with a separate evidentiary hearing scheduled for two days later. The case will be decided by U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

County Disparities

The suit is part of President Donald Trump’s last-ditch effort to reverse the result of the election, which he continues to claim without evidence was “rigged” against him by Democrats. A similar suit seeking to block Michigan from certifying the result for Biden is also pending. Legal experts say the cases are weak and likely designed to reinforce a political strategy to undermine Biden rather than win in court.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro’s office didn’t immediately return a message seeking comment.

The campaign’s Sunday filing cited Pennsylvania’s Lancaster County, which Trump won, as an example of how things were done right, because election officials there “did not contact voters who submitted defective ballots or give them an opportunity to cure,” the filing said. “They simply followed the law and treated these ballots as invalid and refused to count them.”

Another plaintiff in the case, voter John Henry, alleges his defective vote was treated differently from those of voters in other counties in violation of the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.

“In other words, Henry cast a defective ballot that was not counted, but another Pennsylvania voter in another county could cast the same defective ballot and have his vote counted -- solely based on place of residence,” the campaign said. “The Defendant counties’ insistence upon counting illegal ballots disparately favored Democratic-leaning counties over Republican-leaning counties.”

With almost all ballots counted in Pennsylvania, Biden is ahead by almost 66,000 votes or almost one full point.

The case is Donald J. Trump For President Inc. v. Boockvar, 4:20-cv-02078, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (Williamsport).
