Lin Wood: President Trump won 400 electoral votes
OAN Newsroom
UPDATED 4:30 PM PT – Thursday, November 19, 2020
A pair of attorneys discussed the legitimacy of the election and argued the left got caught red-handed in stealing the vote.
On Wednesday, attorney Lin Wood and talk show host Mark Levin weighed in on the ongoing legal challenges. The two pointed out the “real” results showed President Trump won by a massive margin.
“This election was a fraud,” stated Lin Wood, attorney for the Trump campaign. “Donald Trump won, I believe, a 70% plus landslide election in the nation. He probably won over 400 electoral votes.”
Meanwhile, Wood noted the President’s legal team continues to uncover numerous instances of voter fraud in battleground states. He mentioned absentee and mail-in voting were marred by partisan corruption.
In addition, Dominion Voting Systems continues to remain the target of much scrutiny from Republicans. According to Wood, Dominion contained software that was manipulated within a network of corporations around the globe.
He added that it took 36 days to resolve the electoral dispute during the 2000 Election, but we are currently only on the 15th day of legal proceedings.
Wood also cited potential foreign influence from China. He mentioned the far left’s attempts to get rid of the Constitution by overthrowing the current administration under the guise of an election.
“They’ve infiltrated our government at [the] state, local, and national level…A number of people have been corrupted by Chinese money and even subject to extortion,” the attorney claimed. “We the people are not going to let somebody come in here and take over our government and take away our freedoms.”
Wood urged Americans to ignore Joe Biden’s claims of victory and stated President Trump won this election.

Mnuchin Wants Congress to Unlock $580B for US Economy
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said lawmakers should redirect unspent stimulus funding, including money he is pulling back from the Federal Reserve, to buoy the economy as the U.S. waits for a coronavirus vaccine.
"I hope that Congress will seriously consider reallocating $580 billion of funds that have already been appropriated that wouldn't cost taxpayers an additional penny," he said in a phone interview Thursday.
Earlier in the day, Mnuchin requested the return of unused funds from the Fed's emergency pandemic lending program, triggering pushback from the central bank, which said the programs served a vital role.
The U.S. economy had a "strong" recovery after a partial shut down this spring due to the pandemic, Mnuchin said in the interview. Companies with healthy balance sheets can access money through private markets, he noted.
But "for companies that are impacted by COVID – such as travel, entertainment and restaurants – they don't need more debt, they need more PPP money, they need more grants," he added, referring to the small-business lending program known as the Paycheck Protection Program. He also suggested the funding could be used to extend unemployment insurance.
Yields on 10-year Treasuries dropped about two basis points amid the news to end Thursday at 0.83% and fell slightly at the start of Friday's trading in Asia. U.S. stock futures pared gains into the close, and S&P 500 emini contracts were down about 0.8% early in the Asia session Friday. The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index rose 0.1% Friday after five consecutive days of declines.
The White House has largely abandoned earlier efforts to encourage lawmakers to strike a fresh stimulus deal, following months of stalled negotiations with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
Redirecting the unused Fed money would allow officials to target parts of the economy that are still suffering, Mnuchin said. But the move would require congressional action.
"I believe it will have a significant impact for people whose businesses have been impacted by COVID – they can then get through to the beginning of next year when we will have vaccines broadly distributed and fully reopen the economy," Mnuchin said.
Treasury Seeks Unused Funds From Fed in Clash With Central Bank
Mnuchin, in a letter to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell released Thursday, sought a 90-day extension for four of the central bank's emergency lending programs, but requested other programs expire on schedule Dec. 31.
The funds Mnuchin is planning to ask Congress to redirect include unused money authorized by the Cares Act for the Treasury Department to make direct loans to companies deemed critical to national security and to airlines.
The Fed said in a statement, it "would prefer that the full suite of emergency facilities established during the coronavirus pandemic continue to serve their important role as a backstop for our still-strained and vulnerable economy."

Michigan Board Member Considers Seeking Election Audit
A Republican member of the Michigan Board of State Canvassers is considering calling for an audit of the state’s election results before he votes to certify them, The Washington Post reported Thursday.
Norman Shinkle, one of two Republicans on the four-member board, said he is leaning toward asking for the audit before the board is scheduled to vote on Monday.
''I do think with all of the potential problems, if any of them are true, an audit is appropriate,'' Shinkle told the Post in a telephone interview. ''I take one step at a time, and if we can get more information, why not?''
Shinkle said that among his concerns are the claims that machines and software supplied by Dominion Voting Systems Corp., used in 30 states including nearly all of the ones where results have been in dispute, switched votes from President Donald Trump to Democratic rival Joe Biden.
''If Dominion was fudging votes, that’s a serious problem,'' he said. ''If it’s true. I don’t know. I have to be convinced of it. That’s why the audit makes sense.
''Right now the idea to check into some of these accusations seems to make sense to me. We have to have people trust our system going forward.''
The Post appeared to try to impugn Shinkle’s integrity by saying he was under intense pressure because his wife, Mary, filed an affidavit in support of a federal lawsuit by the Trump campaign — a reference to which he seemed to take exception.
''That’s almost an accusation against marriage,'' he said. ''My wife can do whatever she wants to do.''

Sen. Rand Paul to Newsmax TV: Fauci Will 'Keep Us Masked Until End of Time'
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., says the U.S. government should push hard to get a coronavirus vaccine released and Dr. Anthony Fauci is trying to slow down that process, saying the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases wants to ''keep us masked until the end of time.''
''The masks aren't working, social distancing's not working. What is my proof? The numbers. The numbers are going through the roof,'' Paul said Thursday during an appearance on Newsmax TV's ''American Agenda."
''So all these mask mandates have had no effect on it. The incidence of the virus has gotten worse since we've done lockdowns. We should not comfort ourselves with masks. We should push hard to get the vaccine released.
"I think it's ready to go for those who are willing to sign an informed consent and voluntarily take it. And I think millions of people would sign up, and we would very quickly get to a large enough number that people would be more satisfied with the safety. . . . I would get it out there, I wouldn't wait.
''Fauci's talking about April. I think that's a terrible idea. He's going to keep us masked until the end of time, which does very little of anything to change the course of this. They're slowing the vaccine down, which is probably the only thing that can change the course.''
Governors in the state of Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, and New Jersey have rolled out new COVID-19 restrictions due to spikes in cases.
The U.S. has reported more than 11.5 million coronavirus infections and more than 250,000 deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University data. The global totals are 56.4 million cases and 1.35 million deaths.

N.Y. Gov. Cuomo to receive $25K pay raise amid pandemic budget deficit
OAN Newsroom
UPDATED 5:15 PM PT – Wednesday, November 18, 2020
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) will soon become the highest-paid governor in the nation as a pay raise is set to take effect come January.
The Democrat governor’s pay is going up by $25,000, bumping his salary from $225,000 to $250,000 all during a financial crisis in the state due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Just one month ago, Cuomo outlined the dire situation New York was seeing itself in due to reduced revenue amid numerous shutdowns in the state.
“New York state is already $50 billion in debt between state and local governments and they have not passed legislation on the state and local relief,” Gov. Cuomo stated. “If the state has a deficit and the local governments have a deficit, we can’t fund essential workers.”
The raise came via a joint resolution approved by the New York State Senate and assembly in the spring of 2019.
The New York Governor has frequently railed against the federal government, calling on them for more aid to state and local governments and threatening permanent cuts to health and education budgets. On Tuesday, he recently raised the issue.
“We don’t dig out of it. We don’t have a shovel big enough to dig out of it, it’s the biggest number in history,” Gov. Cuomo claimed. “We need help from Washington and that’s what Trump wouldn’t do.”
In September, he also blasted New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio for being wasteful in his city budget that called for furloughs and layoffs for city workers.
Reports say the New York governor will also see a financial boost from the sale of his coming book, but how much he’s expected to make is not yet known.
New York’s lieutenant governor and attorney general are slated to see raises as well.
New York State is expected to see a four-year budget deficit of around $63 billion. On Monday, a state commission noted raises for state judges and lawmakers have been denied. The panel said granting raises to public servants is “simply not possible at this time.”
According to recent reports, New York City’s ‘Metropolitan Transit Authority’ is considering a proposal to lay off more than 9,000 employees and reduce subway services amid a $12 billion deficit.
The state comptroller, who is also slated to see a raise, said he sees gambling as a potential revenue booster to help with the deficit crisis. New York’s state legislatures stated it hasn’t ruled out an emergency legislative session before 2020 ends and have called on new taxes on the wealthy to help bridge the deficit gap.

Joe Biden-Linked Firm Made Major Investments in Chinese Corporations
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son-in-law’s investment firm has made investments in Chinese corporations over the last few years.
Biden’s daughter, Ashley, married Philadelphia head and neck doctor Howard Krein in 2012. Krein, who is currently advising Biden for his campaign, remains chief medical officer at the firm StartUp Health, which has tied itself in partnerships with Chinese corporations through the years.
StartUp Health boosted two major China-based corporations in 2018 and most recently praised China’s response to the Chinese coronavirus crisis.
“China’s systematic and urgent response to contain COVID-19 has become a kind of playbook for other countries working to ramp up similar impromptu yet systemized efforts to stay the spread of this novel infectious disease,” a StartUp Health post in March states.
The China-based Medebound corporation, which connects Chinese patients with American doctors, has gotten help from StartUp Health in their initiatives venturing into the U.S. market.
Likewise, StartUp Health considers China-based Ping An, one of China’s largest insurance corporations, a “StartUp Health Investor and partner.”
A post from 2018 by StartUp Health states:
In the last few years, however, Ping An has gotten into the healthcare game and built a budding healthcare ecosystem within their organization.Th eir most notable project to date, Ping An Good Doctor, has raised about 1.1 billion dollars and is now the largest telehealth platform in the world, with over 192 million registered users. Ping An took the platform public at the beginning of May.
In November 2018, Medebound and Ping An — both associated with StartUp Health — entered into a “comprehensive cooperation” to build “a docking channel for the top medical resources in China and the U.S. on radiology, oncology, cardio-cerebral vascular diseases and altogether 72 medical specialties.”
Questions surrounding StartUp Health’s seemingly close connections to Biden when he was vice president from 2009 to 2016 have circulated with the publication of a Politico report this week.
In that report, it was revealed that Krein has been investing in coronavirus solution companies while advising Biden on the coronavirus on the campaign trail.
Krein’s StartUp Health came from OrganizedWisdom, which was founded by Krein’s brother, Steven. The company, like StartUp Health, had Krein as its chief medical officer.
StartUp health focuses largely on “moonshot” investments in the healthcare industry that had close ties to the Obama administration when Biden served as vice president. For instance, before StartUp Health launched, Steven Krein held a meeting with President Obama and Biden. Krein is said to have set up the meeting between his brother, Obama, and Biden.
When the Obama administration, and particularly Biden, started the Cancer Moonshot project — a “new national effort to end cancer as we know it,” according to Biden’s website at the time — Krein’s StartUp Health was closely involved.
Krein traveled with Biden to the University of Pennsylvania, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and the Vatican to promote the Cancer Moonshot project. At StartUp Health, Krein was described as an adviser to the White House on the Cancer Moonshot project.
Towards the end of the Obama administration, Biden actually spoke at StartUp Health’s annual event in San Francisco, California.
The Biden Cancer Initiative, an arm of the Cancer Moonshot project, was shut down by the Bidens in July 2019 after he left office and only a few months after he announced his run for president.
