Pa. State Senate holds hearing on election fraud

OAN Newsroom
UPDATED 6:00 PM PT – Wednesday, November 25, 2020

The Pennsylvania State Senate held a public hearing regarding fraud in this year’s election. The hearing was led by Republican state senators who alleged the general election was plagued by problems, including irregularities with mail-in voting.

President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, made the campaign’s case for voting irregularities and fraud through affidavits. Witnesses of voter irregularities gave their testimony of what they witnessed at polling sites, which included tens-of-thousands of uncounted ballots.

Unlike the mainstream media, One America News covered the historical hearing in its entirety:https://www.oann.com/pa-state-senate-holds-hearing-on-election-fraud/

Trump To Supporters: Don't Be Intimidated by Dems, Others

President Donald Trump implored his supporters on Wednesday to ''not be intimidated'' by Democrats and others seeking to dissuade them from their accusations of election fraud and irregularities.

Calling into a Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on ''election issues and irregularities,'' Trump cited examples of threats against a lawyer who was representing his claims in Pennsylvania who was placed under an order of protection, a Michigan Board of Canvassers member who said his wife and children were threatened, and election board members in Detroit who said they were threatened.

''If you were a Republican poll worker you were treated like a dog,'' Trump said as his lawyer, Jenna Ellis, held up her phone to the microphone, according to The Epoch Times.

''Our poll watchers were pushed out of the building … don’t be intimidated by these people,'' Trump said, while also referring to threats and a pressure campaign against his legal team.

Trump referred to sworn affidavits from poll watchers being denied the opportunity to witness vote-tabulation efforts on Election Day and beyond in places like Philadelphia and Detroit.

''They cheated. It was a fraudulent election,'' Trump said. ''This election was rigged and we can’t let that happen. We can’t let it happen for our country. And this election has to be turned around, because we won Pennsylvania by a lot and we won all these swing states by a lot.''

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, subsequently ridiculed Trump in a Twitter post.

''The sitting president’s remarks today were devoid of reality,'' Shapiro wrote. ''The election is over. Pennsylvania has certified results & declared Joe Biden the winner of our Commonwealth. Lying through a cell phone at a fake hearing changes nothing.''

Shapiro made no reference to a Pennsylvania judge’s order earlier in the day to halt any further certification efforts, which according to Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar, another Democrat, Joe Biden won by approximately 80,000 votes.

Biden Promises to Push Immigration Bill in First 100 Days

If Biden is swore in as the President of The United States it will be the downfall of this country.

Joe Biden says he will push an immigration bill through the Senate in his first 100 days in office to establish a ''pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people in America.''

Biden has not been certified as the winner of the presidential election, though several news outlets have called the race for the former vice president. Newsmax has not announced a winner, citing close races in several battleground states, recounts, and legal challenges.

Still, Biden has started his transition and in a wide-ranging interview with NBC News’ Lester Holt said he was committed to sending an immigration bill to Congress immediately.

Biden has already promised to restore the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which allows about 600,000 young immigrants who live in the U.S. illegally and were brought here as children to remain here. He is also expected to end the Trump administration's so-called Muslim ban, family separation practice, and construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall.

Several senior Republican lawmakers are willing to work with the Democrat on a comprehensive immigration reform package should he win the election.

''I think that would be a good thing to do,'' Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said about tackling immigration in 2021.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who has not accepted news outlets’ projection of a Biden win, said he would be willing to work with his administration ''if he wins — and I’m not conceding that he will — in ways to make the country stronger.''

Supreme Court Blocks Cuomo's NY Virus Limits on Religious Services

Justice Amy Coney Barrett

Idiot Governor

The Supreme Court late Wednesday barred New York from enforcing certain limits on attendance at churches and synagogues in areas designated as hard hit by the virus.

The justices split 5-4 with new Justice Amy Coney Barrett in the majority. It was the conservative’s first publicly discernible vote as a justice. The court’s three liberal justices and Chief Justice John Roberts dissented.

The move was a shift for the court. Earlier this year, when Barrett’s liberal predecessor, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, was still on the court, the justices divided 5-4 to leave in place pandemic-related capacity restrictions affecting churches in California and Nevada.

The court’s action Wednesday could push New York to reevaluate its restrictions on houses of worship in areas designated virus hot spots. But the impact of the court’s action is also muted because the Catholic and Orthodox Jewish groups that sued to challenge the restrictions are no longer subject to them.

The Diocese of Brooklyn and Agudath Israel of America have churches and synagogues in areas of Brooklyn and Queens previously designated red and orange zones. In those red and orange zones, the state had capped attendance at houses of worship at 10 and 25 people, respectively. But the those particular areas are now designated as yellow zones with less restrictive rules neither group challenged.

The justices acted on an emergency basis, temporarily barring New York from enforcing the restrictions against the groups while their lawsuits continue. In an unsigned opinion the court said the restrictions “single out houses of worship for especially harsh treatment.”

“Members of this Court are not public health experts, and we should respect the judgment of those with special expertise and responsibility in this area. But even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten. The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty,” the opinion said.

The opinion noted that in red zones, while a synagogue or church cannot admit more than 10 people, businesses deemed “essential,” from grocery stores to pet shops, can remain open without capacity limits. And in orange zones, while synagogues and churches are capped at 25 people, “even non-essential businesses may decide for themselves how many persons to admit.”

Roberts, in dissent, wrote that there was “simply no need” for the court's action. “None of the houses of worship identified in the applications is now subject to any fixed numerical restrictions,” he said, adding that New York's 10 and 25 person caps “do seem unduly restrictive."

"The Governor might reinstate the restrictions. But he also might not. And it is a significant matter to override determinations made by public health officials concerning what is necessary for public safety in the midst of a deadly pandemic," he wrote.

Roberts and four other justices wrote separately to explain their views. Barrett did not.

The court’s action was a victory for the Roman Catholic Church and Orthodox Jewish synagogues that had sued to challenge state restrictions announced by Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Oct. 6.

The Diocese of Brooklyn, which covers Brooklyn and Queens, argued houses of worship were being unfairly singled out by the governor’s executive order. The diocese argued it had previously operated safely by capping attendance at 25% of a building’s capacity and taking other measures. Parts of Brooklyn and Queens are now in yellow zones where attendance at houses of worship is capped at 50% of a building’s capacity, but the church is keeping attendance lower.

“We are extremely grateful that the Supreme Court has acted so swiftly and decisively to protect one of our most fundamental constitutional rights — the free exercise of religion,” said Randy Mastro, an attorney for the diocese, in a statement.

Avi Schick, an attorney for Agudath Israel of America, wrote in an email: “This is an historic victory. This landmark decision will ensure that religious practices and religious institutions will be protected from government edicts that do not treat religion with the respect demanded by the Constitution."

Two lower courts had sided with New York in allowing the restrictions to remain in place. New York had argued that religious gatherings were being treated less restrictively than secular gatherings that carried the same infection risk, like concerts and theatrical performances. An email sent early Thursday by The Associated Press to the governor's office seeking comment was not immediately returned.

There are currently several areas in New York designated orange zones but no red zones, according to a state website that tracks areas designated as hot spots.

A new poll found mainstream media biases greatly affected the purported outcome of this year’s elections.

According to the ‘Media Research Center‘ on Tuesday, 82 percent of Biden voters were unaware of at least one scandal surrounding the former vice president. 45 percent of Biden voters were also unaware of Hunter Biden’s corruption schemes in Ukraine.

Additionally, 35 percent of voters did not know Joe Biden was accused of sexual misconduct. A total of 17 percent of Biden voters said they would’ve voted for President Trump if they had known of these things.

The MRC said mainstream media may have shifted elections in six key states by underreporting on Biden’s issues.

17% of Biden voters WOULD NOT HAVE VOTED FOR BIDEN had they known these stories, according to @theMRC. It ranges from 13% to 21% in swing states. Had they known and voted accordingly, Trump would have won with 311 electoral votes. 5/5 pic.twitter.com/hWhNhNgC5O

In the meantime, CNN continues to deny the possibility of voter fraud in the 2020 elections. However, footage from their own reporting reveals they previously considered voting fraud a “national security issue.”

Arizona GOP Gov. Ducey Says Biden Won State's Election

Arizona's Republican Gov. Doug Ducey said Tuesday that Democrat Joe Biden won the state's presidential election vote and endorsed its voting process despite numerous claims of irregularities.

"I trust our election system; there's integrity in our election system," Ducey told "The Mike Broomhead Show" on FM radio station KTAR on Tuesday. "Joe Biden did win Arizona."

The state has been a focus of attention in the election with several claims of irregularities such as Sharpie felt tip pens being issued to mark ballots, causing them to be rejected, to accusations of votes being manipulated in Maricopa County, which includes Phoenix, due to the Dominion Voting Systems.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, has dismissed the claims as baseless conspiracy theories.

Every county in Arizona has certified its results and the state is scheduled to do the same Monday.

Earlier Tuesday, Rep. Debbie Lesko, R-Ariz., told Newsmax TV that Arizona's Secretary of State website posted the official margin of victory for Biden over President Donald Trump was 4,202 votes after originally stating the margin to be more than 10,000 out of more than 3.2 million cast.

"So the steps are, of course, you have voting, you have tabulation, then you have certification at the county level," Ducey said.

"That's being conducted or is completed. The next step is state certification. There's no reason at this point, with what's happening inside the legal system, that that wouldn't go forward, and that is my expectation."
