California Rep. Eric Swalwell (CA-14) has just seen one of the most stunning political implosions you will ever see. Just days ago, he was the frontrunner in the California gubernatorial race, but on Friday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported on extremely serious sexual allegations against the congressman, and since then, his world has imploded. Almost every person or organization who endorsed him has rescinded their support, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has opened an investigation, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13) has indicated she’s going to file a motion to expel him from Congress, and the pugnacious Rep. finally gave into the overwhelming outcry Sunday and dropped his bid to replace Gov. Gavin Newsom, who will (thankfully), be termed out in early 2027. But it only got worse for Swalwell on Sunday. He had been holed up at his billionaire friends’ house,
where he filmed his already infamous “I didn’t do it!” video Friday. But now that guy, too, is throwing him to the wind:
THE DAM BROKE: Breaking: Swalwell Suspends Campaign The Hits Keep Coming: New Allegations Now Being Investigated by DHS Against Eric Swalwell But let's not nominate Cloobeck for hero status just yet, because there are many questions about the Las Vegas timeshare entrepreneur himself, as he casts his own dubious shadow. “Birds of a feather flock together,” as they say.
There are many salacious videos of Swalwell’s alleged sexual exploits circulating on social media Sunday night, and it cannot be immediately confirmed whether all of them are legitimate. That being said, it would appear his political career has seen a sudden and utterly brutal demise, and that even his “friends” are jumping ship. How quickly fortunes can change. |
